Hands Only CPR

You may have recently seen news reports about "Hands-Only" CPR. Two major studies have concluded that just doing chest compressions works as effectively or more so than the traditional CPR method which includes "rescue breaths." However, "Hands-Only" should only be used if you witness an adult collapse and they aren't breathing. If you want to know more about these studies, feel free to contact me.
